Ariel Jean Thompson
of Glen Haven, passed away peacefully at home on Monday, November 26, 2018 at the age of 85 years. Survived by her husband Charlie; son, Kevin (Sheila); daughter, Cheryl (John); granddaughter, Kalie (Marco); grandson, Scott (Martina). She is predeceased by her parents Annie and Andrew Sanderson; infant daughter, Diane Marie; brother, Keith (Audrey). Ariel was a graduate of the VG School of Nursing class of 1955; she took great pride in her nursing career, being a compassionate bedside nurse. She was also a member of the Whitecaps. Many thanks to her caregiver, Janet Fralick, the Palliative Care Service and Dr. Quackenbush. The family will receive visitors 3:30 – 6:30 p.m Wednesday, November 28th and funeral service will be held 11 a.m. Thursday November 29th both in the Ronald A.
