David William Lutz

64, of Seabright, passed away on Thursday, April 1st, 2021 in the QEII Health Sciences Center, VG Site. Born in Moncton he was son of the late Henry and Bertha (Ryan) Lutz.
Dave was an avid and competitive bowler, enjoyed hunting, gardening and antique cars. He loved spending time with his granddaughter who always made him smile.

Dave was an electrician at the HMC Dockyard for over 34 years; he enjoyed working in the ‘shop’ and made many wonderful memories.

Survived by his wife Jeanne McRae, Seabright; son, Chris, Halifax; daughter, Caryla (Peter Sonier), Dartmouth; granddaughter, Harper Sonier; sisters, Alexandria “Sandra” (Douglas) McLaughlin, Riverview, NB; Kathleen “Katy” (Allen) Wilmot, Lower Coverdale, NB; Sharon Crossman, Riverview, NB. Predeceased by his sisters, Annie Sprague and Ruth Cole.

A graveside service will be held 11am Tuesday, April 6th in the William Black Memorial Cemetery, Glen Margaret. Rev. Jeremy Eastwood officiating. Due to COVID 19 restrictions social distancing will be practiced and masks are required.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the William Black Memorial Cemetery.
