75, of Queensland passed away on Monday, May 6, 2019 in the Shoreham Village, Chester. Born in Newfoundland he was the son of the late Gerald and Dorothy Tobin. Survived by his son, Scott, Queensland; 4 sisters and a brother in St. Johns, Newfoundland; Predeceased by his wife, Donna and a sister in St. John’s, Newfoundland.
