Dear Barb and family,
We were sorry to hear about your father's passing. He certainly was gentle man and a gentleman in one person. He was one of the finest and fairest people I've ever met and I'm sure you'll miss him.
Maybe sometime you could call me and we can catch up on our lives. My email is I'd love to hear from you. Joyce (and Fred) MacKenzie

Quite a few years ago now when we were all touring the Maritime show circuit Don was such a big part of it, we had a lot of good times. He was always such a gentleman, someone you could count on to lend a helping hand. He lived a long and fruitful life. My sincerest condolences to Barb and John and all the family. I haven't seen Don West in years but he is a man you never forget. As part of the Maritime Horse Show family he was a central figure to me as a friend, father and supporter. I always enjoyed the opportunity to go to The Flamingo Restaurant with my family and he would welcome us like his family. A very classy man. Barbie I haven't seen you since those horse show days but you and your dad are a big part of my memories from those days. Deepest condolences to you and you family. Lynn Cochrane
