I just read yesterday of Doug's passing. My deepest condolences for your loss. I still have very vivid and fond memories of Doug coming to stay with us in Edmonton in what must have been 1965 or 66. Doug was such a kind and happy person. When Doug was visiting he took the time to teach me how to ride a 2 wheel bike. I can still see Doug standing in the field at Crestwood Elementary teaching, smiling and cheering me on. Doug was a good man.
