Enid (Armstrong) Collins
73, of Hubbards, died on 17 September 2019. Enid was born in Hertford, England. Enid pursued knowledge and learning throughout her life. While working full-time she completed her Bachelor’s Degree in History. She had varied positions through her working life; most recently, in Community Services for Saudi Aramco and also University Administration at the University of East Anglia, UK. Enid was a stylish woman who loved a stunning pair of shoes, and for many years wore clothes she had beautifully crafted herself. Enid loved walking in England and exploring the world. During her retirement her curiosity for history and world events continued. Enid had a great sense of humour, and loved her family. We have a world of memories and love that we will carry with us. Enid is survived and loved by her husband Michael, son Paul, daughter Sarah and son-in-law Keith. Also close surviving family members include her sister, Alison and Cousin Mavis (Ernie and Ian). She had many friends, extended family and loved ones around the world. Thank you to those at the QEII and VG for their compassion and care. Thanks also to all of those in the Nova Scotia health system who have provided Enid with care, and for your compassion and dedication.
