95, of Blandford passed away on Saturday, April 27, 2019 in the South Shore Regional Hospital, Bridgewater. Born in Feltzen South he was the son of the late Weldon and Maggie Spindler. Garnet was employed with Simpson Sears Halifax for 36 years. He was a member of the Seasiders and a former member of the Blandford I00F MU and a choir member of St. Barnabas Anglican Church.
Survived by his wife Mona (Publicover); several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by brothers, Marvin (Barbara), Clyde (Rhea); sisters, Dora (Percy); Emily (Harold) (Russell); Rose (Douglas); Lucille (Daniel); Jenny (Paul). A graveside service will be held 11 a.m. Wednesday, May 1 in St. Barnabas Anglican Church Cemetery, Blandford.
