Helen passed away at White Hills Long Term Care nursing home on November 22nd at the age of 102. Preceded by her husband Ron, she leaves two daughters, Brenda (Howard) and Linda (Denis); grandchildren, Victoria, Richard, Leigh and Sarah; great grandchildren, Mckenna and Teagan.
Born in England, Helen emigrated to Canada in 1999 to join her family. She loved her life in Canada, especially Nova Scotia, and for many years enjoyed the company of her knitting group in St. Margaret’s Bay. For the last several years she has lived in White Hills Long Term Care nursing home, where she was very happy and loved by staff to whom we owe our deepest gratitude.
Cremation has taken place and the family will receive visitors in the Ronald A Walker Funeral Home, Upper Tantallon on Wednesday 30th November between 4.00-6.00pm.
