Lee Cornelius Inkpen

82 of Boutilier’s Point passed away on Saturday July 4th 2020 at the QEll Health Sciences Centre in Halifax. Born in Boutilier’s point, he was the son of the late John and Lillie (Cornelius).

Survived by his loving wife Dianne (Miller) of 40 years. Pre-deceased by brothers Foster and Ted, sisters Margaret and Claudia. Lee worked as a mechanic from the age of 16 until his retirement in 1998. He loved to snowmobile in Nova Scotia and made several trips to New Brunswick, PEI and Quebec with special friends. Fishing was another passion of his, as well as hunting for deer and moose. After retirement he took up gardening as a hobby, and enjoyed many hours in his greenhouse. His Constant four legged companion Riley, was always by his side and is noticeably grieving the loss.

A committal service will be held at a later date.

I would like to thank Doctors and Nurses at the QEll, paramedics, family and friends, for your support during these last few days. A very special thank you to Alison and Martin for providing comfort and support to both Lee and I in such a difficult time.
