Margaret Rose (Margie) Spicer
70, of Tantallon, passed away on Friday, March 8, 2019 in the QEII Health Sciences Center, Halifax. Born in Halifax she was the daughter of the late Earl and Irene (Boutilier) Morash.Survived by her husband David; daughter, Sue, Tantallon; son, Stephen, Niagara Falls; brother, Burton (Donna) Morash, Tantallon; grandchildren, Kody, Rye-Leigh, Tyler and Cole. Predeceased by brothers, Andrew and Bobby; and sister, Jean. Margie loved her family and grandchildren very much. Those who knew her well, knew that she loved to go shopping, and could always spot bargains wherever she went. If shopping were a sport, she would have won the gold medal many times over. Thank you to the Medical Day Unit at the Victoria General Hospital, Dr. G Turnbull and Dr. J O'Connell who took very good care of her for many years. The family will receive visitors 2-4 p.m. Thursday, March 14th in the Ronald A. Walker Funeral Home, 13549 Peggys Cove Road, Upper Tantallon.
