Our sincere condolences to the Fleming family. I worked with Victor at the Military Police Section, Canadian Forces Base Edmonton, AB during the early 80s. Victor was one of the good guys and is sorely missed. He loved the game of curling and we enjoyed several bonspiels together. RIP Victor.

Oh the memories. My first encounter with Vic was in Zweibruecken, Germany. Vic was always appreciated as the "life of the party" for he kept my colleagues and I entertained with his jovial demeanor and attitude. If anyone needed assistance, Vic could always be counted on to be first in line. That's how I have always remembered Vic and re-lived that experience many years later while on a visit to the East Coast where he was stationed. Good-bye my friend, may you rest in peace and keep entertaining your comrades up yonder that predeceased you. You will always be in my thoughts. Ron Bens

To the Fleming family;
So sorry to learn of Vic's passing. Although our paths have never crossed since, we still have many memories of our time in Zweibrucken, Germany. Rest assured that Vic will not be forgotten by his many Air Force friends.
May God bless you as you mourn his loss.
Sincerely;

Carter and Lorna Lee

To Ruth and your lovely family, my sincerest condolences on the passing of Victor. Vic and Ruth, you are the best of neighbors. We shared some marvelous "get togethers", fabulous meals (thanks Ruth!) and a few wicked jokes - Thursday 'wing nights" and Sunday fish frys, all lovingly remembered. I will miss our friend "up on the hill". Thoughtful hugs and best wishes to you all on Tuesday and for all the days to come.
