62, Queensland, passed away on Sunday, July 7, 2019 in Halifax Hospice. Born in Queensland she was the daughter of the late Carl and Vivian (Graves) Snair. Virginia worked for the Department of Justice and community Corrections for over 25 years and retiring at age 50. She will be remembered fondly for her witty personality. Survived by her husband, Douglas; son, Wayne (Kennedy), Halifax; daughter, Kimberley (Harold), Halifax; brothers, David (Bonnie), Queensland, Neil (Helen), Ontario; Bruce (Jodi), Timberlea; many nieces and nephews and her faithful companion Maxx. Predeceased by her brothers, Clement, James and Harvey. Funeral service will be held 3 p.m. Saturday, July 13th in the Ronald A. Walker Funeral Home, Hubbards. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to charity of choice. A special thank you to Devon Hennigar and Hospice Halifax for the special care of Virginia.
