Esther Mae “Maisie" Benoit
77, of Boutiliers Point passed away on November 28, 2017 in the QEII Health Sciences Center, Halifax. Born in Halifax she was the daughter of the late Frederick and Esther (Sheilds) Benoit. Esther was a kind hearted, fun, loving women who loved to laugh, drink tea and spend time with her loving family. Survived by her children, Kathy (Monty) Fader and David Lafford; grandchildren, Amanda (Steve), Paulette, Matthew (Dayne), Mark (Amanda) and Tristan; Great grandchildren, Kera Leigh, Avah, Noah, Kayrese and Nevayah; several nieces and nephews and special nieces, Lola, Benita and cousin, Charlie; special friends, Clyde Crews, Martin, Tracy Gibson and Sidney Boutilier. Predeceased by her sisters, Marion Benoit, Alice Miller; brother, Victor; The family will receive visitors 2-4 p.m. Sunday in the Ronald A.
