Sincere condolences to the Soper and Coolen families. My many memories of Aunt Marie are fond ones of when she and Uncle Don would come to Newfoundland to visit with family. I will forever remember Aunt Marie as a gentle, gracious and loving woman who seemed to always have a smile and a kind word. She surely will be missed by those who knew and loved her best.

I was very sorry to hear of Miss Marie's passing and it is with hope she went peacefully to her final rest. I was one of her housekeepers at The Berkeley when she resided there and always enjoyed the time I got to spend with her. Her stories about her needle point and many more. She was a delight as a rule except the days she was headed to the dentist for some reason which she never disclosed she did not seem to enjoy them. My thoughts are with her family and her brother she adored.
